Nan agric coopérative (Nutritional Agricultural network farming) NAN-AGRIC CAMEROON is a company that we set up almost 12 months ago in the Production/agro-food sector which consists of the semi-industrial transformation of cassava, plantain tubers and mushrooms etc… in several bagged derivatives. We offer the following products: - Bagged Garri - Breaded cassava flour; - Bagged Kum kum fufu - Bagged mushroom ( fresh and dry) _Chicken meat -plantain chips - Training in agri-food processing. The Garri that we produce is in fact a partially roasted cassava semolina, with a slight fermented and sour taste. In Cameroon, it is the most consumed and best-selling cassava-based food product. The consumption of garri produced from bio-reinforced cassava is currently gaining ground and represents 70% of cassava processed for human consumption. Its high consumption is linked to its relatively long shelf life and its ease of preparation for meals.
